Legal Transformation Solutions Director

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Identify LTS targets and lead senior legal transformation discussions
• Drive the sales cycle to expand LTS offerings and increase revenue
• Leverage professional networks for new LTS opportunities
• Demonstrate knowledge of the company’s service and technology offerings
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
• Act as the liaison between clients and the company’s consulting teams
• Promote the company’s LTS offerings in industry forums and publications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consultative sales experience with C-level executives
• 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
• Strong ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels
• Experience in delivering client-focused legal solutions
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD preferred

Pay

$130,000 – $170,000 annually
