HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters.
• Drafting corporate resolutions and minutes.
• Analyzing contracts.
• Assisting with dispute resolution.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Enrolled in and pursuing a Juris Doctorate required.
• Previous legal experience preferred.
• The ability to use online legal research resources is essential.
• Must have strong research, writing and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position to be filled in the Buffalo, NY office is $19.25 to $23.25 hourly. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position.
