Legal Sales Associate (closer)

About the role

Martino Law Group is looking for a driven, personable Sales Closer to own our consultations from handoff by your setter—from first hello to signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for a natural closer who loves the chase, follows a proven process, and takes pride in helping people say yes to the legal help they need.

You’ll run consultations, manage your own pipeline, and hit a personal revenue target. As you set the standard, you’ll also mentor our intake and sales team by sharing what makes a great closing conversation.

Location: Massachusetts — In-Office.

Pay

Base compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus. On-target earnings (OTE) range: $80,000 - $120,000.
