About the role
Remote contract position for licensed US attorneys. Work 10–40 hours per week on legal analysis, research, drafting, and content review.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on various US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized.
- Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
- Experience in top law firms.
- Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
Pay
$140 – $280 per hour.
Schedule
10–40 hours per week.
