About the role

As a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern, you will engage with our Advisory practice, focusing on legal specialties within the Office of General Counsel. You will support teams in delivering comprehensive solutions that help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage risks, and enhance compliance. This role offers exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices while contributing to projects addressing fraud, misconduct, and regulatory challenges. You will perform basic tasks, conduct research, and observe professional work environments, developing your personal brand and building a foundation for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support teams in conducting investigations and forensic analyses to address fraud and regulatory violations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of compliance and governance solutions for clients
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulations
  • Engage in research and analysis of commercial laws and regulatory requirements to support client projects
  • Contribute to the management of corporate records and legal databases to maintain data integrity and accessibility
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for contract negotiation and dispute resolution
  • Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
  • Apply a learning mindset to enhance personal development and contribute effectively to project goals

What You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
  • Client service intern positions are entry-level; job seekers are typically in their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5-year program
  • Client service interns typically join during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
