About the role
The Legal Recruiting Manager will lead law student and early-career recruiting initiatives, manage the summer associate program, and drive campus outreach.
Responsibilities
- Drive campus outreach and build strong relationships with law schools and external recruiting partners.
- Manage recruiting operations, including on-campus interviewing (OCI), law school outreach, and recruiting best practices.
- Build and maintain partnerships with law school career services offices.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, candidates, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend evening recruiting events and occasional travel for law schools and industry conferences.
- Mentor junior team members and support recruiting leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm environment, required.
- Experience managing law student, campus recruiting, or early-career talent programs, required.
- Strong knowledge of on-campus interviewing (OCI), law school outreach, and recruiting best practices, required.
- Experience building relationships with law school career services offices and external recruiting partners, required.
- Experience with FloRecruit, Lawcruit, viRecruit, Suited, or similar legal recruiting systems, preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, candidates, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, required.
- Willingness to attend evening recruiting events and occasional travel for law schools and industry conferences, required.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting recruiting leadership, preferred.
