Legal Project Manager (Innovation/Operations Team)Location
Ybor City Office (Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 days remote)Illustrative Duties
- Support website development and enhancement projects
- Cook up timelines, deliverables, and vendors
- Maintain website and digital platforms
- Research, validate, and upload legal content to chatbot and website
- Develop legal resources and document automation tools
- Track progress, risks, and timelines
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and testing
- Maintain project documentation and workflows
- Apply User Experience (UX) and accessibility best practices
- Sustain stakeholder communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required, active and in good standing with The Florida Bar
- 2+ years law as practicing attorney experience
- 2+ years project or legal operations experience
- Proficiency using website development tools (Drupal/WordPress preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Desire to work with and understand vulnerable populations accessing civil legal aid services
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to learn new systems
Desirable Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Llean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
- Legal technology or digital project certifications
