  • Skilled in managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills
  • Trusted to handle sensitive client and firm information with discretion
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently

What You'll Do

  • Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
  • Draft, format, and circulate legal correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
  • Maintain client records and manage billing, time entry, and related administrative processes
  • Coordinate projects across teams and track deliverables to meet deadlines
  • Organize filing, scanning, and document management systems efficiently
  • Support special initiatives, workflow improvements, and office projects as requested

Salary Range: $78,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Houston, TX – Hybrid
