Legal Operations Professional (Data Privacy)

About the Opportunity

A Global Sportswear Company is looking for a legal operations professional with 5+ years' experience having experience with Data Privacy for an ongoing engagement starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the legal department's privacy operations across key data governance initiatives.
• Manage privacy risk assessments, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Track and maintain privacy compliance activities within broader data governance processes.
• Cook up with product and risk teams to identify privacy implications of new and existing business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, communicate, and address privacy risks.
• Help ensure privacy considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making.

Key Details

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Full-time
• Duration: Ongoing engagement
• Compensation: $55 - $70 per hour

• The selected worker will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement.

Detail-oriented and proactive communicators are highly preferred.

Experience using OneTrust or a similar compliance tool is preferred.
