Our Legal-Litigation department seeks an experienced litigation attorney for our Nashville, Tennessee territory. We help protect families and businesses as they work to prevent or recover from a loss. Responsibilities

• Defend litigation cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and other personal lines and commercial insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusion
• Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issues
• Partner with claims supervisors to achieve the best results

Requirements

• Tennessee law license
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• 5+ years of litigation and trial experience
• Jury trial experience
• Insurance defense experience (strongly preferred)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
