About the role
Our Legal-Litigation department seeks an experienced insurance subrogation attorney for our Columbus, Ohio, location.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively pursue subrogation recoveries in Ohio courts
- Handle subrogation of insurance payments
- Autonomously pursue and litigate subrogation matters
Requirements
- Ohio law license
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Five or more years of experience in subrogation and/or insurance defense litigation
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an autonomous insurance litigation caseload
- Some jury trial experience and a record of litigating civil matters from beginning to end

Pay
$110,000 - $150,000 annually, based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
