About the role

The Integrity Service Analyst will support the Global Legal & Integrity Team in legal operations, compliance, and investigations. The role involves assisting with legal documentation, compliance matters, investigations, and integrity-related activities while working closely with legal and integrity officers across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents and administrative tasks.
• Support integrity functions by reviewing documents and assisting with audits and investigations related to expenses and gifts.
• Support the Office of Special Investigations by coordinating and participating in integrity and compliance interviews.
• Take detailed interview notes and prepare accurate statements.
• Assist in preparing and delivering integrity and compliance training sessions.
• Maintain confidential investigation records and documentation.
• Liaise with legal and integrity officers globally to support investigation and compliance best practices.

Requirements

• LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum one year of experience in handling compliance and integrity matters.
• Experience with Compliance Desktop or other integrity and compliance tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, particularly MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time-sensitive documents effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
