About the role

Trust Law Associates (TLA) is hiring Associates for its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team. The role focuses exclusively on loan settlement and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with no litigation or court appearances. The selected candidates will work on resolving financial disputes through negotiation and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan and debt settlement matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
• Negotiate settlements with financial institutions.
• Manage client portfolios and facilitate dispute resolution.
• Resolve financial disputes without litigation or court appearances.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Loan Settlement or Debt Settlement (mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client portfolios and communicate effectively with financial institutions.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve efficient out-of-court resolutions.

Pay

Compensation of up to ₹25,000 during the probation period.

Schedule

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Location

Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi (work from office).
