About the role
The Legal IT Project Coordinator coordinates department and enterprise-level technology projects, provides project status information to management, and participates in improving project management office (PMO) practices, policies, and procedures. This role supports the continuation and evolution of the PMO’s strategic and administrative goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate project activities to ensure project scope, schedule, and budgets are maintained.
- Create and maintain project artifacts to track project progress and status.
- Generate reports for project stakeholders and management.
- Support Legal IT Project Manager activities to ensure technology projects are completed.
- Improve knowledge of project management methods and supporting technology.
- Work with the PMO team to improve PMO operations, procedures, policies, and execution.
- Assist IT Project Managers with educating interested Firm parties on project management concepts, methods, and technologies.
- Work with the Firm’s internal training department on project management education initiatives.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or demonstrable experience.
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
- Project management certifications or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with Microsoft project management and Microsoft 365 applications.

Working Conditions
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, or extreme temperatures. Travel and work outside of the office may be required.
