Legal Intern

About the role

This internship offers challenging and rewarding work opportunities for law students, working with FlatironDragados' legal team.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research on topics assigned by supervising lawyers, including construction, procurement, administrative, civil procedure, employment, labor and regulatory law.
• Review policy documents and identify and analyze legal risks for supervising lawyers to review.
• Absorb and assist supervising lawyers with contracts, claims, litigation, documentation and due diligence for various matters.
• Absorb and assist with various projects within the legal team to ensure compliance with business practices including drafting presentations, internal memos, business plans and reports.
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
• Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.

Requirements

Legal interns/co-ops are required to be currently enrolled in Law or a similar program at an accredited college or university.
