Legal & Government Policy Analyst (AI Training)

AI is increasingly being used to navigate some of the most complex and high-stakes domains in the world — law, government policy, and regulatory compliance. But getting it right requires human expertise. We're looking for professionals with legal, policy, or government knowledge to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content in these critical areas. Your insight will directly shape how AI systems reason about Singapore and ASEAN legislation, regulatory compliance, and public policy — helping build tools that professionals and institutions can genuinely trust.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated legal analyses, policy summaries, and government-related content for accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate the proper use of legal terminology, citations, and regulatory references — including Singapore statutes and case law
• Identify factual errors, logical flaws, or misleading interpretations in AI outputs
• Assess whether AI responses appropriately handle nuance across legislation, case law, compliance, and public policy
• Provide clear, structured written feedback that helps improve AI performance on legal and government topics
• Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule

Requirements

• Strong understanding of legal concepts, government processes, or public policy — Singapore or ASEAN frameworks particularly valued
• Excellent reading comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• Sharp attention to detail — especially around precise language and factual accuracy
• Clear, structured written communication style in English
• Comfortable evaluating content across diverse legal and regulatory topics
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in law, political science, public administration, or a related field
• Experience with legal research, compliance work, or government operations in Singapore
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, PDPA, competition law, or other Singapore regulatory frameworks
• Paralegal, legal assistant, or policy research experience
• Knowledge of common law principles as applied in Singapore courts
