Legal Entity Manager

About the role

This is a long-term contract position based in the New York metro area, flexible to eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Execute and run components of a managed service focused on corporate compliance (entity/subsidiary management).
• Support the entity lifecycle within the context of an investment manager.
• Work with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance.
• Utilize HCue as an entity management platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in US entity compliance and board support in the context of an Asset Manager.
• Experience across the entity lifecycle within the context of an investment manager.
• Experience working in a large law firm or other service provider.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within an healthcare or large corporate organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of entity management and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• HCue proficiency.
• Experience with healthcare or large corporate organizations.
