Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in an electronic filing-focused position at a law firm
- Experienced with electronic filing procedures across federal, state, and appellate courts
- Proficient with platforms such as PACER, NYSCEF, FileTime, and related legal filing tools
- Strong working knowledge of court procedures, legal formatting requirements, and filing deadlines across jurisdictions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage urgent requests in fast-paced environments
- Skilled communicator who works effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support teams
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and submit electronic court filings across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
- Review pleadings and supporting materials to ensure compliance with court and judge-specific requirements
- Manage filing confirmations, document tracking, and organized case records
- Support legal teams with filing strategy, deadline coordination, and issue resolution
- Prepare documents for submission, including formatting, hyperlinking, redactions, and exhibit organization
- Communicate filing updates, rejections, and court responses to internal stakeholders
- Maintain current knowledge of filing procedures, court rules, and evolving e-filing systems
- Assist with process improvements and support related administrative needs during downtime

Pay
$90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience

New York, NY – Hybrid (primarily remote – 90-day in-office onboarding period, followed by occasional in-office visits)
