About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple concurrent interactions, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages from customers
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical teams as needed
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines
- Train and assist new agents in handling customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
