Job Functions
- Draft, redline, negotiate, and own SaaS enterprise sales contracts as the primary focus of this role—including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, DPA, and other legal agreements—enabling the AMER sales team to close deals efficiently and with legal confidence
- Advise on legal principles relating to data privacy, IP, information security, and corporate risk mitigation
- Review and negotiate partnership agreements with our partners in AMER
- Assist (globally) with review and negotiation of procurement and marketing contracts as needed
Essential Job Functions
- Manage legal projects with autonomy, guide business teams, and collaborate with external counsel as needed
- Support legal initiatives in EMEA and APAC, contributing to global policies and aligning legal processes across regions
- Provide legal training, empower team members to manage day-to-day legal tasks, and support the legal leadership in executing strategic priorities and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company—with a particular emphasis on the Sales team—as well as Marketing, Partners, Product, People, etc., to provide practical, business-minded legal support
Qualifications & Competencies
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, HR, and product teams
- Interested in learning fast and participating in a wide variety of legal projects
- Skilled in providing concise legal advice to business teams
- Ability to analyze the needs of different parties quickly and provide a creative solution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of matters end-to-end, while operating effectively within a broader legal team structure
- Understands and perform in complex legal and business processes
- Good organizational skills & well structured to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
- Takes initiative and brings a sense of accountability in the workplace —proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
