Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate customer and supplier contracts for the US/North America, acting as the company’s lead negotiator in commercial discussions.
  • Work with Procurement, IT and the wider business to review supplier agreements, advise on terms, conduct risk assessments and secure all necessary approvals.
  • Assist the General Counsel in ensuring that Dexory’s operations and activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations across our operating markets.
  • Develop, implement and support compliance programmes and training initiatives across the business.
  • Support the General Counsel in managing any disputes, litigation or other legal proceedings involving the company.

Required Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar
  • Mandatory experience in commercial contract management and negotiation.
  • Experience as an in-house legal practitioner, ideally within a technology or SaaS business.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, practical advice and influence non-legal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of US employment law, including right-to-work checks and visa sponsorship processes.
  • Exposure to international employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
