About the role

Vizient is seeking a Senior Healthcare IT Consultant to join our team. This position will focus on providing strategic advice and technical solutions to healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology strategies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in healthcare IT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in healthcare IT standards and protocols.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of industry-standard healthcare IT software and hardware.
