About the role

The Associate General Counsel – Healthcare Law serves as a trusted legal advisor on healthcare regulations, compliance, and risk management for a large health system. The role involves monitoring legislative developments, advising on healthcare law matters, and supporting organizational interests in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulations such as Stark and Anti-kickback laws
• Manage legal compliance and risk mitigation efforts
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution
• Negotiate and draft contracts
• Advise on healthcare law matters and legislative developments

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Licensure to practice law in the applicable state
