Legal Counsel - Client Contracting Services

For our client, we are seeking a Legal Counsel - Client Contracting Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on advising the business on complex client contracting matters within a regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with commercial, sales, government affairs, and regulatory stakeholders to support new business initiatives and day-to-day operations. The position calls for practical legal guidance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to help drive compliant, commercially sound outcomes for clients and the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $144,200 – $288,400 annually Responsibilities Negotiate client contracts related to pharmacy benefit services with employer plan sponsor clients. Support sales teams on new business initiatives. Provide legal advice on day-to-day business matters. Collaborate with government and regulatory affairs and other cross-functional departments. Communicate with clients, their benefit consultants, and legal counsel. Qualifications Active attorney with 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting, with a focus on healthcare or regulatory matters.
