About the role
As a Legal Content Expert, your job is to review AI-generated legal text—such as simple contracts, privacy policies, or terms of service—to ensure it is clear, accurate, and makes sense. You act as the "Common Sense" filter for legal AI.
Responsibilities
- Simple Fact-Checking: Verify the AI uses correct names, dates, and basic laws for your country.
- Clarity Check: Rewrite overly long or confusing sentences to be simple and easy to understand.
- Document Categorizing: Help the AI sort documents into the correct categories (e.g., "This is a Rental Agreement," "This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement").
- Rule Following: Ensure the AI adheres to a basic "Playbook" (e.g., "Always ensure the late fee is no more than 5%").
Requirements
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language, with knowledge of how legal documents are structured in your country.
- English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) English to understand project instructions.
- Organization: Careful attention to detail, including the "fine print."
To be hired, you’ll complete a subject-specific qualification exam and ID verification.
Pay
Pay rates for experts range from $20 - $50 USD per hour, with terms defined per project.
