Legal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work within the Criminal Response Team in a high-volume environment.
• Support Court Order Compliance group by communicating with the law enforcement community.
• Answer calls, authenticate callers, and provide necessary customer records for high-priority emergent matters.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking and sound decision-making under high-pressure situations.
• Ensure all cases are correctly documented and managed in compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Manage workload effectively to complete high-priority tasks while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Show willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
• Enter customer and account data accurately and efficiently, following policies and procedures.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output.
• Provide strong customer service or dispatch-like experience for handling high-volume, dynamic calls.
• Show proficiency in typing and transcription, and possess organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications

Understanding of and willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.

Strong customer service or dispatch-like experience for handling high call volumes.

Proficient typing and transcription skills.

Organizational and time management abilities.

Pay

Payrate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
