We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer who will safeguard transactions, manage legal documentation, and ensure compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts for property transactions.
• Conduct due diligence for buyers and investors.
• Liaise with local authorities, notaries, and legal partners.
• Oversee compliance, permits, and ownership transfers.
• Ensure all operations adhere to Indonesian property law and international best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, with proven experience in real estate or investment law.
• Knowledge of Indonesian property regulations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• High level of integrity and precision.
