You’ll improve how GC AI operates across three connected areas: Legal operations, company-wide business operations, and IT operations. For Legal, you’ll improve intake, workflows, technology, vendors, and the team’s use of GC AI. For Business Operations, you’ll own knowledge management and improve processes that affect the entire company. For IT, you’ll coordinate selected operational projects, partner with Engineering, and direct the day-to-day work of our external IT team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn messy processes into clear, scalable systems. You’ll report to the Manager, Legal Ops & Compliance. Leveling will reflect prior scope and ownership, rather than years of experience alone. This role is eligible for remote work, with a strong preference for someone based in NYC or on the East Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Legal Operations: Improve Legal’s use of GC AI. Build, maintain, and move repetitive work into scalable workflows.
• Support Legal’s technology, vendor, and outside-counsel portfolio. Track owners, spend, renewals, deadlines, and overlapping tools.
