About the Job
IPgyan Consulting LLP is looking to hire an Associate – Corporate & Commercial to work across corporate-commercial advisory, litigation support, dispute resolution, drafting, research, client coordination, and court and tribunal-related assignments.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
- Prior experience in handling matters before Lower Courts, Tribunals, and Consumer Courts.
- Ability to assist in arbitration and mediation matters.
