Legal Assistant - Operations Department

Responsibilities

• Review & remediate exceptions
• Examine cases which have fallen out of the firm’s production pipeline
• Think critically to determine whether identified cases are subject to unique circumstances
• Diagnose exceptions and report back to firm managers and clients
• Formulate and execute solutions to ensure exceptions return to or continue moving through the firm’s production pipeline

Inventory Management

• Inventory management
• Review inventory status reporting to identify stagnant accounts
• Diagnose systemic areas of improvement to ensure accounts flow through the production pipeline timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a legal office may compensate for education
• Industry experience in the fields of collections and/or personal injury law

Working Conditions

• Onsite Position - Plantation, Florida
• No tools, machines or equipment
• No significant lifting
