Core Responsibilities
- Administers attorney(s)’ calendar, makes scheduling arrangements, and orchestrates travel plans as necessary.
- Collections, researches, organizes, and analyzes data, documentation, legal precedent, and applicable statutes.
- Composes and edits internal correspondence.
- Presents and processes legal documents, such as summons, complaints, appeals, motions, and settlements.
- Makes photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
- Mails, faxes, emails or arranges for delivery of legal correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains law libraries, documents, and case files.
- Answers telephones, takes messages, answers routine questions, and transfers calls to appropriate staff.
- Greets visitors, handles their inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
Core Qualifications
- Associate degree in relevant field required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

- Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Teamwork
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
Technical Proficiency
- Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
