Key Responsibilities
- Creates and edits legal documents as requested by assigned attorneys
- Processes and organizes legal files, both paper and electronic
- Tracks and delivers finalized documents
- Communicates with clients and other stakeholders
- Attends team strategy meetings
- Supports overflow work and special projects
Qualifications
- Skilled in administrative tasks such as time entry, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Confidentiality and sensitivity to handling confidential information
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of relevant laws and court procedures
- Experience with e-filing technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm or professional setting
- Knowledge of assigned practice group/departments’ legal codes and procedures
