Key Responsibilities

  • Creates and edits legal documents as requested by assigned attorneys
  • Processes and organizes legal files, both paper and electronic
  • Tracks and delivers finalized documents
  • Communicates with clients and other stakeholders
  • Attends team strategy meetings
  • Supports overflow work and special projects

Qualifications

  • Skilled in administrative tasks such as time entry, travel arrangements, and expense processing
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity to handling confidential information

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and court procedures
  • Experience with e-filing technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Education & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or professional setting
  • Knowledge of assigned practice group/departments’ legal codes and procedures
