Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and client-facing support to attorneys and the firm
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling client calls, court appearances, and internal meetings
  • Cook up with court personnel regarding hearings, filings, and appearances
  • Draft and send non-legal correspondence in accordance with firm standards
  • Handle mailing, shipping, scanning, and document organization in compliance with firm procedures
  • Filing and organizing legal documents

Compensation

  • Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus tied to reliability, efficiency, and overall contribution
