The Role
The firm is seeking a Legal Assistant who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with attorneys and be involved in all aspects of case management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and conduct detailed intake conversations.
- Create, update, and maintain Clio records with accurate case, client, and adjuster information/communication.
- Schedule follow-up calls, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
- Set up and remind clients of medical appointments.
- Greet clients and manage front-office operations.
- Handle document management including scanning, uploads, printing, and mailing.
- Aid in demand letters and case data tracking.
- Verify medical bills and manage lien correspondence.
- Track medical records and coordinate follow-ups.
- Jump in wherever needed to support attorneys and staff.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Organized, reliable, and highly dependable.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Adaptable and comfortable with technology.
Qualifications
- Prior legal assistant or administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in person and supporting a busy front-office/client-facing role.
Skills
- Proficiency in AI, cutting-edge technology (i.e. Eve) and basic software systems (i.e. Microsoft Office, Gmail).

Pay
The pay range for this role is: $40,000 - $75,000 USD per year (Seattle, WA)
