Legal AI Program Manager

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Legal AI Program Manager to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within a regulated financial services environment.

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal AI programs from strategy development to adoption
• Advise senior legal stakeholders on practical AI applications and best practices
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for effective project execution
• Convert delivery insights into actionable program decisions
• Establish operating practices that promote speed and clarity without bureaucracy
• Constructively challenge unrealistic project timelines and goals
• Develop reusable frameworks and governance models for future engagements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience specifically in legal AI delivery and implementations
• Ability to engage with senior legal stakeholders and advocate effectively for AI use cases
• A builder mindset comfortable creating structure and adapting approaches
• Strong program judgment with an ability to prioritize significant decisions over trivial tasks
• Current fluency in AI developments and their practical applications
• Hands-on curiosity to experiment with AI tools and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity and change

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
