About the role
The faculty of Arts & Sciences, Department of World Languages & Cultures, at Rutgers University-Camden seeks new Lecturers to teach in various topics within the discipline, including German, French, and Spanish, during the Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026, and/or Summer 2026 semesters.
Responsibilities
- Teach elementary-level language courses
- Occasionally teach more advanced or specialized courses
- Present course material during assigned course times
- Hold office hours
- Administer exams
- Assign grades
- Cook up any other requirements related to course instruction

Qualifications
Ph.D. in World Languages & Cultures or related field required.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in German, French, and Spanish are preferred.
