About the role

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full-time, faculty position as Lecturer of Architecture in the Department of Architecture with a preferred start date of August 2026. This is a nine-month contracted position. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Design Studios in the professional B.Arch program
  • Participate in department, college, and/or university service activities
  • Collaborate with students and colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive academic environment

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Architecture at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD, or the foreign equivalent, in Architecture or a closely related discipline
  • Architecture licensure/registration
  • A record of successful teaching in Architecture Studio
  • Record of professional architecture practice

Background Check
