Leave Replacement - District Behaviorist

Anticipated assignment: May 18, 2026 – November 20, 2026. No tenure accrual.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field
• Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) professional certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an educational or therapeutic environment
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior plans and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Collaboration with parents, staff, and administration
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of constituents

Pay

Following the established BTEA Salary Guide: $62,244.00 – $99,585.00, based on experience.
