Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight of the policy and administration of the leave and disability programs for all facilities nationwide.
• Lead the team that administers leave and accommodations requests in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and short-term or long-term disability plans.
• Interpret and administer leave and disability programs and policies in compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.).
• Compile and monitor leave and accommodations trends, set benchmarks, and establish goals and action plans as needed.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders to anticipate service needs and drive solutions.
• Provide transformational leadership, continually raising the bar and demonstrating strategic thinking in establishing a long-term plan that delivers business results.

Requirements

• College degree or at least 3 years’ experience in leave administration.
• Previous experience coordinating employee leaves, e.g., medical, personal, FMLA, or ADA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Superior interpersonal skills.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $74,624.00 to $104,561.60 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
