About the role
We are seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Leave Administrator I in our Benefits Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to assist in the administering of benefit programs with an emphasis on the paid time off (PTO) and Leave of Absence programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine audits in Workday
- As a resource for team members needing guidance on PTO and leave related questions
- Work to resolve PTO related issues to ensure a positive team member experience
- Build and maintain good relationships with management and team members
- Aid in the distribution of required mailings
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet specified deadlines
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
- Strong customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
Qualifications and Competencies
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field
- Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience
- Prior experience with collective bargaining agreements
- Experience with employee PTO and leave of absence programs
- Working knowledge of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulation and administration

Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting up to 25lbs
Work Environment
Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office. Some travel required.
Employment Requirements
- Clear driving record
- 10-year Criminal History Records Check
- Drug screen as required
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Minimum 18 years of age

$40,000.00/Annual Salary - 51,000.00/Annual Salary (Based on locale and experience)
