About the role

WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at The BLVD at White Springs in Nottingham, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation

Requirements

• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy office setting
• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a motor vehicle
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high-end retail experience preferred

Pay

$21/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with Saturday availability (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
