Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and executing sales closing techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover.
  • Maintain leasing office, models, vacant units, and common areas to readiness standards.
  • Process all rental applications for approval and prepare lease packages, ensuring proper documentation and protection of resident and customer information.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing, and referrals to increase community visibility.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one-year of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
