Leasing Specialist (North Vancouver *Talent Pool*)

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents.
• Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
• Collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Property management software knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
• Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations required.
