Leasing Specialist - Luxury Lease-Up Community

About the role

The Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our community by helping to ensure we offer a WOW customer experience to the residents and prospective renters. This is a forward facing role that will interact with both residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process
• Possess a strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management
• Drive positive results while representing and promoting core values
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proven ability to conduct accurate market surveys by conducting in-person shops on a regular basis
• Have a sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members
• Have Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office experience
• Organize and coordinate resident events monthly

Requirements

• A strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management is required
• Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values

Pay

• $18.00-$23.00 per hour with significant commission potential
