Responsibilities

• Greet prospects with a warm smile and provide personalized property tours.
• Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
• Use creative strategies to market properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to meet leasing and renewal goals for the property.

Requirements

• Passion for helping people find their next home.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Sales-driven mindset with follow-through on every lead.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate property management software and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus but not required.
