Your role as a Leasing Specialist
- Engage with potential tenants to showcase property features and benefits, ensuring their needs are met with a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct property tours, demonstrating knowledge of the features while actively addressing any questions or concerns.
- Prepare lease documents and process applications.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property availability, providing timely updates to management.
- Harness problem-solving skills to address tenant issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
SCHEDULE
- Three (3) consecutive weekdays from 10am to 6pm/7pm
- Both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm
- Total of 39 hours per week
