About the role

As a Leasing Specialist for Doncaster Village, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment-homes in a highly competitive market. This multi-faceted role includes leasing, resident engagement, event planning, social media, marketing outreach, and customer service. You will also deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused role: convert prospects into residents.
• Use conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues and problem-solve.
• Create and conduct fun resident events on a regular basis.
• Lead outreach marketing and social media content creation/posting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents.
• Follow up with prospects consistently—key to success in sales.
• Develop product and market knowledge to articulate value effectively.
• Collaborate with your team to address unique prospect and resident needs.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience strongly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media marketing and resident event planning experience a plus.
• Comfortable learning new property management technology/platforms (e.g., EliseAI).
• Hospitality, sales, or customer service experience also considered.
• Willingness to work some rotating Saturdays while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
• Valid vehicle and driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to multitask.
