As a Leasing Specialist for Central Island Square, you will work at a fast pace to lease apartment homes and deliver exceptional customer service for this community with 313 units. The company owns and operates over 10,000 apartment units and is certified a Top Workplace Nationally and a Top Ten Property Management Company Nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Sales focused.
- Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
- Create and conduct fun events for the residents on a regular basis.
- Deliver great customer service to your current residents.
