About the Role

Join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Mount Ridge, a community with 266 units in Baltimore, MD. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment to lease apartment homes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sales-focused role with strong lead management to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
• Use conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues and problem-solve.
• Create and conduct fun resident events on a regular basis.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current residents.
• Follow up with prospects consistently—key for success in sales.
• Develop product and market knowledge to articulate the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with your team to understand the unique needs of prospects and residents.

Requirements

• Leasing experience and/or training strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales, hospitality, or customer service experience also considered.
• General office administrative experience, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to quickly connect with others.
• Strong people skills to build rapport and trust with prospects and residents.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays (40 hours per week total).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
