About the Role

The Leasing Specialist at The Lofts at Reynolds Village will work in a fast-paced environment to lease luxury apartment homes in a competitive market while providing exceptional after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. This community features 201 units.

Responsibilities

• Strong lead management to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
• Use conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues and problem-solve.
• Create and conduct fun resident events on a regular basis.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current residents.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to drive leasing success.
• Develop product and market knowledge to articulate the value of the community.
• Collaborate with the team to understand and address the unique needs of prospects and residents.

Requirements

• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong closing ratio, marketing outreach, and event planning skills.
• Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• General office administrative experience and professional verbal/written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and drive.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to quickly connect with others.
• Strong people skills to build rapport and trust with prospects and residents.
• Ability to work Saturdays while enjoying two days off per week (including Sunday).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
